Collection of race kits (number bibs, shirts if purchased etc.) will be possible on Saturday of race weekend from 10am - 4 pm and from 5.30am on Sunday morning from the event compound at the function rooms of The Vintage Resort off Vintage Drive Pokolbin.

You need pick up your kit at least 40min before your race start time. Please account for traffic and crowd issues when arriving.

You will need to provide photo identification to collect your kits or if you are collecting on behalf of another competitor a letter authorising you to collect on behalf of that athlete.

Race Timing

Race timing will be undertaken using the world famous IPICO computer chip timing system. You will need to attach a timing card to your shoelace, this will record your race time. Your chip must be returned to the marshalls at the end of your race. Final Results will be available at the presentation or at www.wineryrun.com

Race Limit

We will be limiting the race to 3500 competitors across all races. Once this number is reached, entries will no longer be accepted.
